James (Jim) M. Green, was born in Memphis, Tennessee on September 15, 1966. He was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in 1993. He opened a solo practice in Watkinsville, Georgia and practiced there until 2002. He briefly joined a real estate law firm in the Atlanta area until October of 2003 when he joined Rob Kiser to form Kiser & Green, LLC. He received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia 1988 and his law degree from the Washington College of Law at the American University in 1993. He currently resides in Lilburn, Georgia with his wife and two children and practices primarily in the area of Real Estate and Bankruptcy Law.
Robert (Rob) J. Kiser, was born in Atlanta , Georgia on February 15, 1970. He was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in 1996. He worked briefly for Price-Waterhouse until taking a position with a boutique firm in Atlanta specializing in transactional work. In 1998 he partnered with his father and has practiced in the Atlanta area since that time. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Shorter College in 1993 and his law degree from Georgia State University in 1996. He currently resides in Loganville, Georgia with his wife and five children and practices primarily in the areas of Corporate, Estate Planning and Probate Law.
